| So I don't update often.... but this time I feel like is a good time to let some people know what I am feeling... (sorry all you non-KU-theatre-people...)
This is in regards to the theatre department this year and next, and what I want to do to make things better. There were some really great things accomplished this year.. the mid-year dance, having a pretty decent schedule of shows next year, and everyone did wonderful in the productions they did and could particpate in... however, we all know a couple of things didn't happen. A majority of us didn't feel like we ever knew the full story, or why and how certain decisions were made, that in the end affected our education here at the UT. The bottom line is that communication has in some terms come to a standstill and I am not willing to let that be the case anymore... we all know and hang out with each other too much to have a problem like this, and I intend on fixing it. I also know there is a concern of issues not being brought to a authority who could possibly help or explain how to accomplish things... I guarantee that if I am part of the Undergraduate Theatre Council then there will be a meeting with Kathy the next day in order to pass information along and receive guidance with the issues that concern us.
I really want next year and the years to come to be great... it's time we take charge of our future and take a stance on our education... and I'm ready to do what needs to be done in order to see a UT that embraces all of our concerns. |

| sooo... again.... i haven't updated in a bazillion years. i am alive and well, which is exciting. i just don't find that i have much that i care to post about... life is fun and good without needing me to talk about it. that's just my own personal approach.... but i love still reading and keeping updated on everyone's life... sadly it's one of the few ways that i know what is going on with people that i don't get to talk to in frequent intervals... i would love it if you would send me a detailed message updating me on how you have been... take it easy and happy new year. make an awesome resolution... nothing restricting, but something more expanding... learn something. =) loves and hugs, lara... larry...lars.... |

a lot has happened and is about to happen... there was this huge ass fire at the house directly behind me a couple of nights ago... scaaaaaaary.
